Feature overview
When you create an event in Sidely, you can now assign it the "Scheduled" status right away.
This status gives you:
Better visibility in the calendar thanks to a distinct display.
Protection against accidental moves (drag and drop disabled).
Why is it useful?
You avoid handling errors, especially in busy calendars.
You see at a glance which events are confirmed and locked.
You make your schedule management more reliable.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Create an event in the calendar
Go to the [Calendar] module.
Click a time slot or the [+] button.
Enter the usual information: title, company, type, etc.
Step 2: Mark the event as "Scheduled"
Click the "Scheduled" radio button.
Save the event.
✅ Once created, the event will appear with a specific visual code in your calendar (paler color and an icon).
Top: a scheduled event. Bottom: an unscheduled event (can be edited from the calendar).
Step 3: Benefit from the lock
The event can no longer be moved by drag and drop.
If you need to change it, you will have to open its record and adjust its times manually.
Why is this method effective?
Fewer errors: no more accidental event moves.
Immediate visibility: scheduled appointments stand out clearly.
Better coordination: everyone knows what is confirmed.
Time savings: no need to go back and double-check everything.
