Remove a campaign from store records

Remove a campaign from several points of sale at once from the list view or the map.

Over the course of your operations, some campaigns need to be removed from several points of sale: the end of a promotional action, a strategic update, or simply an assignment error.

You can either:

  • Remove the companies from the Campaign

  • Remove the Campaign from each company's tab

From the Campaign page

  1. Go to the "Campaigns" tab in the web version

    • Log in to Sidely Web.

    • Click "Campaigns" in the left side menu.

  2. Select the campaign to remove from stores

    • Find the relevant campaign in the list in the left side menu.

  3. Click its name to open its record.

    Remove stores one by one

    • To the right of each store, click the trash icon 🗑️.

    • The removal is immediate: the store is removed from the campaign.

  4. Check the removal

    • The campaign no longer appears on the store records.

    • The campaign's "Companies" tab is updated automatically.

From the company record

  1. Go to the company record

  2. Open the Campaigns tab, on the right

  3. Click the trash icon that appears when you hover over the relevant campaign
