How to view my companies on the map in the app

Sidely Pro lets you view and manage your store portfolio with two display modes:
Map view: to see your points of sale geographically.
List view: for quick, detailed follow-up of your companies.
Companies on the map
Accessing your companies
In the mobile app, open the left side menu and tap "Companies" to display your stores on the map.
Geolocation
Turn on geolocation to see the companies closest to your current location first.
Companies as a list
Switch to list mode
Tap the bars at the top right to switch from the map view to the list view.
In this mode, each company's status appears under its name for quick follow-up.
Interacting with a company from the map
Select a company
Tap a pin (point of sale) on the map to open a panel with several options:
GPS navigation: tap the arrow icon to open Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps and drive to the point of sale.
Company record: tap the building/house icon to open the company's detailed record.
Start a form: tap the icon with ticks/bars to fill in a form linked to the company.
Filter the companies displayed
Using filters
Tap the funnel (filter) icon at the top right to filter the companies shown on the map by several criteria:
By owner:
By default, you see the companies in your own portfolio.
You can display other sales reps' companies if you have the permissions.
By additional fields:
Select companies according to the specific criteria configured (e.g. distribution network, type, segment).
By status:
Display only prospects, customers or inactive companies, as needed.
FAQ
1. How can I quickly move from one company to another on the map?
Use the zoom and tap the pins to view companies one by one.
2. Why are some companies not showing on the map?
Check your filters: some companies may be excluded by your criteria.
Make sure their GPS coordinates are filled in on the company record.
3. Can I use the map offline?
Yes, the map stays available, but some features such as geolocation and GPS navigation need an internet connection.
4. How do I see only the companies overdue for a visit?
Use the "Visit frequency" display mode to show overdue companies in red.
5. Can I create a new company directly from the map?
Yes! Zoom in on an area, tap a Google My Business point, then select "Convert to company".
