The different display modes available
To get started: Click the Maps icon.
1. Company information
Status: Companies are colored according to their status in your sales pipeline (e.g. Prospect, Customer, etc.).
User: A different color is assigned to each sales rep in charge of the companies.
Territories: Visual breakdown of portfolios to highlight each sales rep's territory.
2. Campaigns
Ongoing campaigns: Companies taking part in ongoing campaigns are shown with specific colors linked to those campaigns (here: dark blue).
By clicking the company, you will find the campaign details in the banner at the top of the page.
Upcoming campaigns: Companies planned in upcoming campaigns.
3. Events
Last completed event: Colors based on the date or type of the last completed event at each company.
Here, we have companies whose last events are more than 30 days old (dark red dots), companies with no events (light blue) and companies visited less than 30 days ago (yellow).
Next scheduled event: View companies based on upcoming events.
Here, companies with no scheduled event are shown in sky blue. The yellow dot represents a company with an event scheduled in less than 30 days.
Visit frequencies: Companies with an overdue visit appear in red, while those meeting their frequency are shown in green.
Here, the dark red dots are overdue for a visit.
By hovering over a dot, you can see the number of days overdue, as well as the frequency gap: 1 frequency = the number of days set between two visits.
For example, a store visit is expected every month. If the sales rep has not visited this store for 3 months, they will be 3 frequencies behind.
4. Forms
Last completed form: Display based on the latest data collected via a form.
5. Additional fields
Advanced customization: Companies are colored according to the configured additional fields (e.g. store type, size, etc.).
6. Form fields
Pinned fields: Specific fields from forms that are pinned to company profiles determine the color coding.
7. Calculated fields
Report-based analysis: Calculated fields pinned from reports define the companies' colors.
