You can update your personal information at any time from your Sidely account settings.
Step by step
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Under User settings, open Your settings, then click Personal information.
Customise your profile:
Photo: click the icon to add or change your profile picture.
Colour: click the colour dot to choose the colour that identifies your accounts on the map.
Edit your contact details:
Name: your name as it appears to your colleagues.
Email: the address you use to log in and receive Sidely notifications.
Phone: choose the country code, then enter your number.
Address: your home or office address. The City, Postcode and Country fields are filled in from the address you enter. It can be used as the start or end point of your routes.
Click Save in the top right corner to confirm your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Other account settings
Preferences (Your settings > Preferences): interface language, currency and display options.
Security (Your settings > Security): change your password.
💡 Tip: the web platform and the Sidely Pro app share the same account. A password change applies to both, so log in again on the app after changing it.
⚠️ Some information (territory assignment, permissions) cannot be changed by you: it is managed by your account administrator.
