Changing your number of licenses: what you need to know
Your subscription is based on a set number of licenses for a 12-month commitment period. Here's how adding and removing users works, as well as renewal.
A 12-month commitment, whatever your billing frequency
Whether you chose annual or monthly billing, your subscription is taken out for 12 months. This commitment covers the number of licenses subscribed.
At the end of this period, your subscription is automatically renewed for another 12 months.
Adding users
You can add licenses at any time during your commitment. Each new license is billed pro rata for the time remaining until your next renewal date. This way, all your licenses share the same end date.
Removing users
If you remove a user during your commitment, the matching license isn't cancelled: the seat stays available and you can assign it to another team member until the end of the current period.
Licenses subscribed remain payable until the end of the commitment.
Reducing your number of licenses at renewal
You can only reduce your number of licenses at renewal. To do so, you must explicitly ask us before your renewal date.
If you don't, your subscription is automatically renewed with the same number of licenses as the previous period.
A reminder before each renewal
About one month before your renewal date, you'll receive an email summarizing your subscription (number of licenses, amount, due date). It's the right time to check your needs and let us know about any changes: simply reply directly to that email.
