Steps to close your account
1. Check your commitment period
Make sure that your contract is coming to an end.
2. Fill in the cancellation form
Open the cancellation form using this link.
Fill in all the required fields so your request can be processed as quickly as possible.
3. Wait for confirmation
Once you've filled in the cancellation request form, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our team will then review your request and get back to you by email to let you know whether the cancellation has been confirmed.
Good to know
Your account stays active until your subscription's actual end date.
You keep access to your data until that date.
